What Time Is Check-In / Check-Out?

The Otter Lodge: Check-In is at 4PM; Check-Out is at 10AM

The Turtle & The Sloth: Check-In is at 3PM; Check-Out is at 10AM

Check-In is very easy. You will receive the address and door code via text/email ~ 2 days prior to your arrival! All you need to do is arrive at check-in time and make yourselves at home!

Can I Check-In Early / Check-Out Late?

While there is no guarantee, we are happy to check the guest calendar and cleaner schedule to see if such changes are possible. Additional day or night rates may apply depending on the significance of the change. Please note that check-in/check-out adjustments are not possible for The Turtle & The Sloth during peak season (Memorial Day-Labor Day) given the high turnover on the Jersey Shore each week.

What Is The Cancellation Policy?

100% refund up to 30 days before arrival

50% refund up to 14 days before arrival

What Basic Supplies Do You Provide For Our Stay?

We want to make your stay as carefree as possible, so we supply many essentials including the following. Refer to the Welcome Books for additional supplied items.

2 rolls of Paper Towels
4 Kitchen Trash Bags
2 rolls of Toilet Paper per bathroom
2 Laundry detergent pods
Dish Detergent and Rags
All Purpose Cleaner

What Linens Are Provided?

The Otter Lodge: We provide all bedroom, bathroom & kitchen towels.

Our beds are cleanly made with a sheet set, quilt, and pillows.

Bathrooms are stocked with plenty of bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths

The Turtle & The Sloth: Linens are not provided on the Jersey Shore; please bring your own or see the Welcome Book for recommended linen rentals on the island.

What Does "Fully Stocked Kitchen" Mean?

Are Pets Allowed?

The Otter Lodge is Pet Friendly with a non refundable fee of $75 per pet

Do You Decorate For Christmas?

Yes! We decorate our homes the week following Thanksgiving until mid-January with:
